As an experienced noodle production line manufacturer, we offer two types of flake noodle production lines which are used to manufacture non-fried flake noodles cooked in boiling water before eating, and instant flake noodles soaked 1 minute in boiling water before eating.

Noodle flakes with various shapes can be manufactured by the noodle production equipment, such as rhombus, rectangular, and square. The flake noodle dryer can be equipped with a Teflon mesh conveyor belt or stainless steel conveyor belt upon request. The noodle drying time is about 40 minutes. In order to maximize the space utilization, the noodle drying machine can be designed in different layers, including 3, 5, and 7. The output varies from 200kg/h to 1000kg/h according to the number of layers of the noodle dryer.

The dough-sheet pressing roller comes with an automatic sheet loading unit, greatly reducing labor intensity. Designed with dough kneading and folding device, a smooth, and elastic dough is made by developing gluten, which makes the flake noodles are more glutinous and smooth. The surface of the noodle flakes can be made into wave-form. The wave-formed flake noodles after steaming is easy to dehydrate and dry. This noodle production line features high levels of automation, which needs only 1-2 workers to operation the whole noodle processing line.
